Tshepiso Manyoha
I am a Solutions Architect at MultiChoice Africa in the Strategy and Business Development unit tasked with driving innovations initiatives for the mass market products and defining strategies across relevant African countries. Previously I worked as Management Consultant (IT Strategy) for almost seven years at Accenture South Africa where I worked with large corporate clients across Telecommunications, FMCG, Financial Services and Public Sector. I also experienced doing business in various African countries where I took part in the implementation of Oracle for a major telecommunications company across its operations and performed onsite deployments in 8 African countries. In this period I also occupied various roles in project management, systems implementation and support, enterprise architecture as well as sales and presales support.
I graduated from Witwatersrand University with a BCom Degree in Information Systems and HR. I also completed the GIBS Leadership Dialogue Circle program (NEXUS) in 2009 and the Accenture Future Leaders Program (executive development program) in 2013. I also obtained my MBA as well as certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL and COBIT that have been instrumental in my work.
I am also engaged in leadership development through volunteer initiatives and mentoring such as mentoring of high school bursary recipients. I also serves of the boards of The Refugees Ministries Center (a non-government organisation in aid of refugees from war-torn neighbouring countries) and Ridgeway College, a school where I matriculated. I was also chairperson of the South African Oracle Human Resources and Payrol Implementors Group, which is an interest groups catering for the needs on Oracle ERP consultants. My hobbies include reading, marathon running golf, motorsport and travelling.
